  We use to use this location alot. But I have avoided it for years now since I had a bad experience with a very long hair in my pizza. I am sure it was an accident but it was such a bad experience I have not been able to go back. I live near this store but since the incident I have chosen different pizza place or gone to the north location.

  They have gotten my order wrong twice in the last 5 times I have ordered and had to bring stuff or exchange it for the right one. One time took 1:50 to get me all my order.....and all they said was sorry.

  This location has been very accommodating on multiple occasions. Their food is always delicious and the wait times are very reasonable. Their delivery drivers have always been efficient and courteous in the past as well. The staff there save you money you didn't expect to save by identifying your order fits within promotions without having to be asked. All around great experience ordering from South Hill Pizza Hut.

  Quite fast at making whatever you order, just confused at why they have a tip option when you pick up your food when you made the effort to get to their store
