  If there is a negative star, i would give this place that. I have never been this dissapointed before. We are passing thru red deer and decide to look for a place to eat (couple with a baby). Saw this come up on google and decided to call to make a reservation. After several tries and getting voicemail, i decide to reserve thru open table in which i requested a high chair for the baby. We arrive around 5 mins after our reservation time and had a hard time looking for parking, spent the next 10 mins looking for one and ended up paying for paking in a nearby lot. Once we get to the place, at this point we are so hungry and baby is almost crying, the poeple there tell me no minors allowed! I told them i made a request for a highchair so why didnt anyone call me to let me know, so we could have found somewhere else. And all they said was they were busy! Wow! Didn't even bother to check reservations!!! Not even a sincere apology! What made it worst was the fact that they didnt even think they made a mistake and didnt even give a sincere apology! Because of this we wasted money on parking.. had to look for another place while we were so hungry.. and the baby kept crying because she was hungry and we had no place to go!

  The lady and I have eaten here probably 70 times in the last 4 years. Always excellent food, consistent and very fast. Service is excellent. Great prices!! Epic beer on tap. Best restaurant in RD. Cheers, see you again soon!
