Use to always have a great experience. However last time they messed up the order they refused to fix it, which was shocking because it was there fault

I've been there a few times and loved it, great food, service, all around a great experience. Went there yesterday (Dec 27th) 20 minutes before closing and ordered the chicken and beef, my mom ordered the chicken burger - we both got food poisoning that night.. Since then I've been a bit put off.
