  Went to see captain underpants. For the 3rd time since Jan 2017, something went wrong in the theatre. Its always some type of electronic error and messes up the movie. This incident was a "so called storm" issue. They said the power was lost yet the movie still played sound? We missed the main plot of the story. We could hear it yet people were all talking and of course distracted over the fact we couldn't see the movie. When we came out, a manager was standing to tell people how "sorry" they were. Yet no compensation even though we complained as this keeps happening. The staff is always a hit and miss. This time we were not happy over the attitude the girl had at the counter. We shrugged if off though as we were almost late getting inside since it took her so long to get through her line up of 8 people. The cleanliness is also a hit and miss. We might just start waiting and go to the new and improved Carnival cinemas.

  It's amazing the difference in the prices of popcorn and pop considering it is the same as what they serve at Carnival Not even real butter or fresh popcorn for that matter. Definitely not the place for a family night out. Avoid Galaxy like the plague.

  Love taking the kids there. Find their service has been really good everytime I go.
