John You are what you said...sub par,your idea of cooking steams from kraft...all pre-made product.you have zero work ethic,and had nothing but complaints during your entire stay with us. you came aboard saying you could bake ...in fact you could not. I feel for you rather poor review, I have been employed by Big Sky for 5 months and have nothing but good things to say, I have been treated with nothing but respect. and feel like a part of a growing family, I can see myself growing greatly as a chef, and as a person. again John I wish you a great deal of luck and success with whatever future work you may come across.
